There is nothing scary about GDI in fact I have had a lot of fun building my own personal GDI business. I'm often asked how does it work, or does it work, is it a scam? I can tell you right now GDI is not a scam it's a growing thriving monster and it has been since 1999.
Currently GDI services and does business in over 180 countries and with the growth rate I have personally seen they will surpass that number very quickly!

Reverse Phone Search: How You Can Find Out Who's Hiding Behind Any Phone Number

Got a phone number but don't know who it is? Maybe you've seen strange numbers showing up on your teenager's cell phone bill. Or maybe you picked up a number to call about an investment - but you suspect a scam. Or maybe you found a mysterious number in your wife or husband's things. For dozens of reasons, we find ourselves with a telephone number - but no name.

You're itching to find out who it is. Not just for curiosity's sake. The safety of your family or the security of your bank account could be at stake. You need a way to discover just whose phone number you have.

There's good news. You've got options. I'm a professional writer and researcher. I've discovered four different ways you can find out who's hiding behind any phone number. You can:

- Call, pretending to be someone else
- Look it up in a published crisscross directory
- Befriend (or trick) someone at the phone company
- Go online and search

Let's see what's involved with each approach and discover when they work best...

Call the Number

It's the simplest thing you can do. Pick up the phone and call. But pretend to be someone else to avoid recognition. When they answer, ask for a person with an unusual name not likely to be there. Say something like "Hello, is Lilly Becky there? No? Are you absolutely sure? Well, who am I talking to then?" Be a little forceful. Even sound angry, as if you think they're lying to you. This approach can rattle the other person and make them reveal their identity.

Avoid this one if you're not comfortable acting. And make sure you don't call from a number that can be traced back to you!

Look in a Crisscross Directory

Crisscross Directories have been around since the late 1800s. They're like phone directories. But they organize their listings by phone number, or street address, instead of name. These directories are still available in print form even though most of the information is also now available by computer.

Such cross-references are primarily designed for business use. Usually, sales departments rely on them to conduct direct marketing, build lists of sales leads and gather business intelligence.

The drawback is that they're expensive - costing in the hundreds of dollars or more. Still, you can usually find copies in your library, especially for the local area you live in. If you're looking beyond your own town, you probably won't be able to use the free version in the library.

Get an Inside Connection

Having a buddy on the inside of the phone company was classic approach for TV detectives. If you recall the Rockford Files or Mannix or any other old private eye show, they were forever pulling over to a pay phone and calling their friend, Ginger or Susie or Maggie, at the telephone company. The friend would dutifully give them whatever information the PI needed to pursue the case.

Interestingly, this method actually works - even if it's a little on the shady side. If you know someone at the phone company, you can probably talk them into helping.

Unfortunately, they probably won't help you once a week like on the TV shows. At some point your friend's better judgment will take over. You'll be left with nothing but numbers again. (Makes you wonder, doesn't it, just what the detective had that you don't)

21st Century Answers - The Internet Search Solution

When it comes to finding out who's hiding behind a phone number, the best way I've found is online search. Yet, search takes time. And not finding what you want quickly gets very frustrating.

To help, a number of businesses exist to make reverse phone searching quicker and easier. These businesses have already found the best sources for reverse phone searching. They take you directly to the databases that have the information you need. You can find out names, addresses, and much more, starting with just a phone number.

Some of these Reverse Phone Lookup services are free. The better ones cost a little. Quality always does, in my experience.

If, in your case, it's not that important to get accurate information fast, then give the free services a shot. They're mostly supported by pay for performance advertising, like Adsense, which doesn't earn them much. That means the free services rarely have the money to invest either in buying data access or in creating more usable interfaces.

In my case, as a professional, getting quality information quickly is important. I pay the small fee and get reliable information.

But, even if I didn't write for a living and were just casually looking up phone numbers from time to time, I'd still go with a paid database service. The cost is minimal. Often a small, one-time fee covers one to three years or even longer. If I only looked up a number once or twice a year, it would still be worth it in time saved.

Final Word

As important as it can be, finding out personal information with just a phone number used to be nearly impossible. Today it can be quick and easy. I've found four approaches that work, but one proved the simplest and most effective. It's using a quality, reverse-phone-search service online.

In a future article I'll talk about some of the reasons reverse phone search can be so important in these times. You might be surprised to hear how it not only can satisfy curiosity, it could even save your life.

How I lost 420+ followers in one night!

Last night I seem to have lost 420+ followers because of a stunt I pulled. I was out cruzin around and looking at profiles and trying to gain knowledge and experience by emulating my piers.

what I didn't realize is that when you un follow someone 90 % of the time the relation ship falls apart and they un follow you as well! how ever I believe that this is a good flush as it leaves your true audience your true following base! I knew there was a risk in un following everyone on my list. but I just had to try it!

I love this tool and I cannot keep up with my business with out it! I have often been asked what Awebber has done for my business and I can proudly say that Awebber has made my business functional and easy to work with for many reasons. A few of witch I would like to take a little time and explain to you right now.

The first way Awebber communications has helped me in my day to day business is simply by being there when I need them the most and that is when I’m not around my computer to send out 100 emails a day!

The second way Awebber communications has helped me in my day to day business is by offering email templates I am not a designer nor a technical person so I didn’t know how to design my own email template for sending out to my list of subscribers. Awebber has taken the time to do this for you and speed up the process making it more user friendly and way more efficient for people like me to use in my marketing blueprint!

The third way Awebber communications helps me in my day to day business is by making statistics available inside my back office that let me know if my emails are being blocked or marked as spam or even getting read.

Before you buy that business in a box!

OK here we go this is a very sore subject for most at some point in their lives. I’m talking about getting fired or getting cut, laid off or what ever the phrase might be. I myself have experience all of the above and know what happens to your mind set when something like that happens. It goes south, ka put, it goes so far out of whack that it makes it impossible to rationally think about your next move or come up with a plan to recoup or gain back what you have lost. I know that it’s hard to think about where to start or where to go. I know about the educational barriers that you may face when looking for a new career I have faced many of my own and I want to tell you they will never go away unless you pick up a book and read it, you have to educate yourself in every area that you can and not put all of your eggs in one basket. Ever since the economy tanked and thousands of people lost or left their jobs more and more people everyday have logged on to the internet looking for a replacement of their income and often get into a home business or direct sales company. My personal fear is that those people may not have all of the training and experience they may need to be successful in their new business. Then there is this big thing called a “mind set”, if your reading this you may not know about what a mind set is’ I consider a mind set to be one of three things the first is a follower the second is someone that follows and tries to lead and then there is the Leader the person who teaches others or this persons followers what they know and understand in any given industry or field. The problem occurs when someone buys into what I call a business in a box or duplicated business, not everyone but almost everyone will assume that what they have just received in this big box of business will give them what they need to live a life style of the rich and maybe famous. This could not be farther from the truth in fact they will most likely see them selves in a even worse situation because of the ever increasing temptation of credit cards and quickly find themselves in a ton of debt. I am doing my best to make sure that this does not happen to you In fact if you find that you are looking for something to replace your income or even build upon what you already have in place. I have went even farther out of my way to help you find what it is you are looking for and help keep you out of trouble before you even get your business started. A lot of people don’t know where to start when looking for a home based business, they don’t know what is available to them and often get sucked into the first or second business they encounter and this is because those companies have become very good at selling you their company it’s why they are in business.

Don’t fret I have been doing this for about 10 years and have watched many companies come and go and today there are well over 1000 businesses to choose from. So lets get started I have a list that I have compiled and on this list are well over 1000 businesses that you may have an interest in, yes my primary company is on this list but I don’t want to tell you about my company because it may not be good for you. I want you to find what you want to know about and maybe enjoy doing! With any business you may choose there are going to be some hurdles and some big obstacles to navigate around and this is perfectly normal, and even in most cases essential in your education. You will fail and you will succeed on and off until you find what it is you are supposed to learn to be successful, most people will hear this called “paying your dues” Trust me you will pay them but I think there are only two ways to pay. 1. Money 2. Time and money, and only you can decide how much of both your willing to pay to get what you really want! This is where a guy like me can really help you and offer you tremendous value. I can save you countless hours of time and massive amounts of money just by showing you how to become a leader in any business you may choose. Of course I would love to have you in my business and have you putting money in my pockets every month that’s every sponsors dream but that’s not what I’m trying to do here. I took my licks’ I spent my fair share of money on the junk biz in a box! I have pounded the pavement trying to sell Kirby vacuum cleaners and if you have never heard of them it truly is a great vacuum cleaner but many find that’s its way to expensive and I have to say that I agree’ $1614.00 for one sweeper is a bit on the high side of my budget for work around the house!

In this industry of network marketing and direct sales there seems to be a lag or lack of true knowledge of how to properly market a business that is duplicated. This I believe is due to the massive influx of people that join the industry with zero training or education in the field they think they will get rich in. The fact is that a big portion of these misinformed people just bought a dream and will never make enough money to realize it. I know that’s cold and bitter and you never wanted to hear it but it is true and couldn’t be any more real.
I want to fast forward you through what I had to go through so you don’t have to waste time and energy on something that just will not work if you don’t have the proper education and direction.

In my day to day business I often come across people who are trying to push or sell their ijango business instead of inform or educate their target market? This goes against every thing that I do to get my target prospects to join my business, after all that is why we are all here isn’t it?

“MLM Domain Secrets” part 3

My prospect doesn’t know what company I’m with until I tell them. They can’t look at my

opportunity website until I give it to them.

Most networkers will register a domain name with their company name in it like

www.AmwayRocks.com and their email address would be mike@amwayrocks.com

which is the primary email address they use for all correspondence.

Well as soon as you send an email to your prospect from mike@amwayrocks.com, they

are instantly going to head to www.AmwayRocks.com out of curiosity, which means you

lost all control of the presentation process.

Now what if you change companies? What if you leave Amway and head to Herbalife?

What are you going to do with an email address (that everyone now has) like

mike@amwayrocks.com?

That’s why you ALWAYS register a generic domain name to use for your email

correspondence that you can keep forever, no matter what kind of business you decide to

build.

I chose www.Idealtrends.com specifically for this reason.

Once you have a generic domain, you can always register another one for your specific

opportunity that you can give to your prospects when the time is right.

Rule #6: You want to buy the .com, net, and .biz versions of each domain you choose.

So go ahead and make your purchase, but DO NOT buy any of the other services your

registration company will want to sell you like traffic generation, search engine

submission, etc. You don’t need those.

All you need are the domain names, and a basic hosting account which you can set up for

$3.95 a month at www.GoDaddy.com

1: Start with the domain search box. You will get to know this one well as you search for

a name that is actually available.

Continue to search until you find a name that meets all of the criteria we’ve discussed

today.

Once you find a name that works, choose to register the .com, .biz, and .info names.

2: Go ahead and start the check out process.

3: Skip ALL of the extra services they will try and sell you. You DO NOT need them.

4: I only register my domains for 1 year at a time to keep costs down. They will

automatically renew each year as long as your credit card on file is current. If it’s not,

GoDaddy will notify you.

Congrats! You now own your very first domain name!

5: When you’re ready to set up a re-direct or set up an email address for your new

domain, click the Support button for GoDaddy and call their 1-800 number.
